Without agreement on what "conversion" means or which metrics represent quality versus quantity, even the best visualization is just noise. The real work is in the conversations that happen before the dashboard is built.

For future projects, I would continue to prioritize definition clarity and audience-specific views, while exploring how guardrail metrics can be surfaced more proactively to catch issues before they become problems.
